This funding is available for students who are enrolled in full-time research-based graduate degree programs at the University of Waterloo. It provides $2,045 per term for a 2-years master program and $4,090 per term for a 3-year doctoral program.
- Ontario Graduate Scholarship

- University of Manitoba Graduate Fellowships

Master students will receive $14,000 for a 12-month period of 2 years, and Ph.D. students will receive $18,000 for a 12-month period for 4 years. The candidate must have a minimum GPA of 3.75 in their previous level of education.
- Carleton University Awards for International Students
