  • Keep the letter as concise as possible and proofread it well before sending the letter. You may have someone to review your letter before submitting.
  • If you received the scholarship from the same donor in the previous year, you should write a new letter. Give the scholarship donor time to know what accomplishment that you have gained the previous year and how the funding has helped you to make it possible.
